Regnum Online Wiki is currently a small community with only a few regular contributors, in different time zones. Because of this, looking for consensus on every issue before making changes can make progress on the site very slow. So, I may often follow the principle of being bold, and go ahead with what I think are improvements without discussing them first. But!
